Our Cornell-Tsinghua Dual Degree Finance MBA program is setting the best foundation for the globalized MBA programs

It represents not only the academic depth but also the breadth of scope that we may possibly involve.

I think this is one of the core competitive reasons why this program is recognized by the market.

Why is Finance so important in MBA programs?

Probably because, in China and even the world, the two platforms of real economy and finance service are integrated to some extent.

The enterprises are becoming more closely connected with financial market.

When enterprises reach a certain stage of development their growth is actually constrained by the bottlenecks in finance.

Whereas, some enterprises have successfully used financial means to better promote their development in real economy.

So I think the ability of combining financial resources with the development needs of real economy, including strategic planning, is what our FMBA program should focus on.

It is a core ability that we hope FMBA students can develop in the program.

Unlike the general degree programs, we expect the students can bring practical problems to the MBA course, and combine the theoretical knowledge learned in class with practice in the industry.

We expect our MBA students to become future leaders in the industry.

That is why they must have a forward-looking mindset and pioneering ability.

In the future, we hope to see many of our applicants, or students, become excellent entrepreneurs and make outstanding contributions to the economic development of China.
